Installation FAQ
Once your order is placed, a member of Backland E.G. will contact you to schedule an appointment to bring in your vehicle for the product installation.
It is your responsibility to inspect the work performed on your vehicle upon handover. In the unlikely event that there are any material(s) defect or workmanship error, Backland Expedition Gear MUST be notified within 24h of your vehicle pick-up time. No exceptions.
