
Refund and Returns Policy
RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom made to order nature of our products, all sales are final. If BACKLAND Gear Ltd accepts to refunds your item, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply.
Returns on purchased product must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
Items removed from original packaging are not eligible for returns. The original sales invoice must accompany the return. If your product was purchased more than 30 calendar days from the date of the original receipt the product is not eligible for returns or exchange.
All shipping fees associated with a return are the responsibility of the purchaser. And a restocking fee of 15% of the item cost will be applied.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
• Any customized or special order items
• Installed items
• Picked up items
BACKLAND Gear Ltd does not initiate any claims with carriers. The customer is responsible to take the steps to initiate the claim with the driver upon inspection of the items when they arrive.
In the occurrence of a manufacturer defect in your products, we will send you a replacement at no cost (shipping cost and duties are not covered) Limited Warranty: we guarantee this when our products (materials & workmanship) when used within intended purposes and conditions as directed by us. We are not responsible for damage to products purchased from us and installed by third-party services after time of purchase this is NOT covered by us. Backland Gear Ltd is not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused or fines incurred that may be directly or indirectly caused by our parts and accessories. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that any parts or accessories purchased at Backland Gear are acceptable and within legal use in your local area.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@backlandgear.com and we will evaluate whether you qualify for a refund or not. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted refunded.
