Additionally, it is important to keep the glass away from alkaline solutions, such as cement and lime, as these substances can compromise its strength and lead to a higher risk of breakage. Therefore the glass cannot be exchanged, refunded, or warrantied after leaving our location. Unless the damage occurs during shipping.
