AirPlus vs MaxxAir:

Airplus uses a Brushless motor for more efficiency (lower power consumption), reliability, and quieter versus MaxxAir's brush motor.
AirPlus is equipped with a flyscreen, LED lights, and a durable retractable black-out shade so the fan can be used at night time. MaxxAir only offers this as an upgrade which is a separate stand alone product.
Integrated touch screen (+ remote) versus MaxxAir push-in buttons.
Intelligent Auto Mode to regulate the fan when temperature increases/decreases below your temperature setting.
